I was left with no heat or hot water and a burst pipe that flooded my basement after a super cold weekend. After my existing HVAC company turned me these guys not only answered the phone but had a technician out in 2 hours. Todd replaced the broken pipe, mitigated the issue that caused the pipe to freeze and got the heating system going again quickly and professionally. John then called the next day with follow ups that were identified as needing addressed and another appointment was quickly set up. Very impressed with the service, the professionalism and follow up. Not only did I get my drama resolved quickly, I now have peace of mind ! Outstanding experience.

We were so pleased with our experience with Pittsfield Pipers right from the beginning with John Lacy assessing the problem, ordering the parts and scheduling the service. Brandon arrived less than a week later, repaired the leak and installed the new heater. He was extremely professional and a very nice young man. We will use Pittsfield Pipers again for our plumbing and heating needs!

Mike did a great job replacing our water heater

Needed a gas valve replaced. They were $200 cheaper than anywhere else and they did a fantastic job. Great service.
